- Items Listed as Final Sale Banner are Final Sale. These items are not available for returns or refunds.
- All returns must be received within 30 days of the order ship date.
- Orders received after 30 days, may not be eligible for return/refund.
- Returns can only be accepted for new and unused products.
- Please call or email Outdoor Nomad Store Customer Service to initiate a return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Include a copy of either your email confirmation or your packing slip with your return along with the issued RMA number.
- Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping for any returned items.
- This includes, but is not limited to, returns due to product dissatisfaction, incorrect sizing, change of mind, or any other non-defective reasons.
- Please provide all contact information (Name, Address, Phone Number, Email) on your paperwork if it is not already stated on your packing slip or order confirmation.
- Please note that shipping and handling for returns may not be refunded.

EXCHANGE POLICY
- To exchange a product please follow the return policy instructions above to receive a refund on your purchase then place an additional order on website for the item you wish to exchange your return for.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Please note that orders are not eligible for cancellation once they have shipped. Please email Outdoor Nomad Store Customer Service.
- Orders placed prior to 10:00am PST Monday-Friday can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. This option is available for registered member users online through the My Account page. Simple click on “cancel” to your corresponding order.
- For customers requiring assistance please call customer service within 1 hour of placing your order to make an attempt to cancel and stop shipment of your order.
